Once you have decided to go ahead, we will ask for your address. We will then issue you with a booking agreement and you will be invoiced for the deposit fee. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit payment has been made and the agreement has been digitally signed online.
Your entertainer should contact you around a week ahead of your event. We will email you across their details around 5 days before the event (just in case you need them). Balance payment should be made in cash to the entertainer on the day.
How much do you cost?
Our price depends on a number of things, fundamentally the day, duration and time of day you are planning the party. The best way for us to provide an accurate price is to complete our ‘Quick Quote’ form to accurately quote for your requirements.
Monster Kids has a first-class reputation, we have worked hard to ensure we deliver quality at a good price. Although we are not the cheapest, we are also not the most expensive. Generally if you are scouting around for the lowest price we often wont be able to compete. It’s the old adage “you get what you pay for”. If you read our Customer Feedback page you should be confident that you are booking an assured and insured professional service.
What music do you play?
All of our DJ Entertainers carry a variety of music, including all the latest songs, party songs and everything you need to get the party going. We use an online event planning system which you will receive your own login and are able to create a playlist of must play, play if possible and do not play tracks to ensure your favourite songs are featured. That said, our DJ’s are all competent and experienced and are on hand prior to your event to plan your playlist, but many people are also happy to rely on the knowledge of our experienced team to keep the party going.
How far do you travel?
Our team are based throughout the South East, with DJ’s & Entertainers in Hertfordshire, Buckinghamshire, Bedfordshire, Essex, Berkshire, Hampshire, Sussex, Kent & London.
Can we see you perform?
We often get booked by recommendation or through someone who’s seen us at one of our events. If you’re not in this fortunate position please visit our Testimonials page to read the feedback from our customers. From experience it is not always possible to invite you along to see us perform. The vast majority of our events are private parties and celebrations and therefore it’s not appropriate for us to invite you along.
What's included in your party packages?
Monster Kids is an Children’s Entertainment service, so as you would expect we provide the entertainment as per your booking. Unfortunately, we do not provide venue hire or catering / refreshments, these would be for you to organise, although we are often able to recommend venues and suppliers upon request.
